Returns Policy
We want to try and remove the financial risk for you by having a generous returns policy. We therefore offer two types of return. If you have any questions about how this policy applies to you, please do get in contact with us.
Full Refunds - Unused Parts
If you wish to return an item that is the same condition as you received it then we are more than happy to offer you a full refund.
e.g. if you fit a cable but find that it doesn't solve the problem, immediately remove it and send it back to us for a full refund.

Partial Refunds
If you've install a part and find it doesn't solve your problem, but in the process have made the part look used (and therefore we would be unable to sell it as a "new part") then we will still accept a return but will charge a 25% restocking fee. This means if you paid us £10 for a part and then returned it in a used condition then we would refund you £7.50.
e.g. if you fitted a heater element thus bending the wires and covering it in thermal paste.
